Serious Addict / Treatment Coaching GroupThis Tier of Membership is all about taking the team to a whole new level. Using multiple resources Tony is going to provide coaching via distance to teams competing in K9 Nose Work® and AKC Scent Work. Tony’s coaching plan will consist of: Initial assessment Informational Worksheet to be completed by Handler Initial Video assessment – Tony will have a few specific searches that will be required to be conducted by the Team Training Plan Tony will gather information from above and develop a written training plan specific to each team...Video Reviews The Team will be required to provide links to their uploaded videos for Tony. This will ask for 4-8 videos to review per month Required Videos for review will be spaced out every two weeks by Sunday night Tony will review videos in a voice over style Tony will provide coaching at the end of each video review to assist the Team on the next stepPhone consultation The last week of each month Tony will conduct a phone consult or a” zoom type” of call to discuss progress and next training steps
A couple of things. Do to the fact that Tony knows training is a process and not some magical pill that can be taken to make everything all the best.
