As a Knowledge Seeker Plus member, you’ll receive:

Members may submit one video for review, not to exceed 3 minutes and 30 seconds in length.
This gives handlers the opportunity to receive direct feedback on training, handling skills, search strategy, reading changes of behavior, trialing concepts, and overall team development.

As a DIE HARD Knowledge Seeker member, you’ll receive everything included in the previous membership levels, including:

Members will receive two personalized video reviews along with a private phone consultation with Tony to discuss the feedback and training concepts seen within the videos.
Videos may be from either training sessions or actual trials.
- Combined video length may not exceed 7 minutes total
- Members will provide YouTube link(s) for submitted videos
- Tony’s reviews will be completed in a voice-over analysis format
- A private review link will then be provided back to the member

Serious Addict / Treatment Coaching Group
This Tier of Membership is all about taking the team to a whole new level.
Using multiple resources Tony is going to provide coaching via distance to teams competing in K9 Nose Work® and AKC Scent Work.
Tony’s coaching plan will consist of:
Initial assessment
Informational Worksheet to be completed by Handler
Initial Video assessment – Tony will have a few specific searches that will be required to be conducted by the Team
Training Plan
Tony will gather information from above and develop a written training plan specific to each team

Video Reviews
The Team will be required to provide links to their uploaded videos for Tony.
This will ask for 4-8 videos to review per month.
Required Videos for review will be spaced out every two weeks by Sunday night.
Tony will review videos in a voice over style.
Tony will provide coaching at the end of each video review to assist the Team on the next step.
Phone consultation
The last week of each month Tony will conduct a phone consult or a “zoom type” call to discuss progress and next training steps.
A couple of things:
Due to the fact that Tony knows training is a process and not some magical pill that can be taken to make everything instantly better, he requests teams commit to a minimum of three months at this Membership level.
Tony will provide objectives and training goals and is not going to hold back punches as this is for the serious K9 Nose Work® and Scent Work enthusiasts.
The coaching membership slots are going to be limited to ensure Tony has adequate time for each team.
